Venue Guide
We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Academy and hope that you will find this guide useful to find your way to us. In order to keep everyone safe, please do not attend the Academy if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 and haven’t tested negative.
Murray Park School
All weekday classes that are at the school are in the Main Hall, but on Saturdays we use 4 different halls across the same site so please read the information below to familiarise yourself with where to go.
Please note that Murray Park do not allow waiting areas inside. Guardians are welcome to watch their child’s classes from outside or wait in the car park.
If your child has multiple consecutive classes, they are welcome to stay in the hall until all of their classes have finished. If your child’s classes are across multiple halls, please get in touch as we may have a member of staff available to assist your child with
moving between halls. This must be pre-arranged.

Car Park
As you drive through the main school gates, continue straight ahead past the intercom (the gates will be open for our classes so no need to buzz in) and you will arrive in a large car park that is free of charge.
Main Hall
In the car park you will see a large grey
industrial bin. This sits next to the
footpath that leads to the Main Hall.
Walk along the footpath and you will
arrive at the entrance to the Main Hall
on your right. Please see the pink arrow
on the photo opposite, this is where you
will find the door.
This is the only door to the hall and will
be used as both the entrance and the
exit so please do not crowd around this
door. Pupils should line up with lots of
space between each other along the
side of the building where the stars are
in the picture. Please do not enter the
building, the teacher will come and
collect the class from outside when it is
time for their lesson start.
Cedar Park Hall
Cedar Park Hall is now hidden by the
new Maple Park building which is the
grey and orange building at the front of
the school and on the right of the photo
opposite. Cedar Park can be seen
between Maple Park and the Sports hall
on the left. It's highlighted with the pink
arrow. There is a footpath to take you to
the Cedar Park entrance.
On the left is the entrance to Cedar Park Hall. Pupils should line up with plenty of space between each other outside the building where the stars are on the photo opposite. Please do not enter the building, the teacher will come and collect the class when it's time for the lesson to start.
The photo above shows where the class will exit the building. This door is on the right side of the building if you are facing the entrance. Please wait in this area to collect your child.
Sports Hall
This is the Sports Hall. This building
can be seen from the car park and is
next to Maple Park (the grey and
orange building).
Use the footpath at the right side of
this building and you will find the
entrance and exit to the Sports Hall as
highlighted in the picture on the right.
The entrance is the door closest to
Cedar Park and the exit is the door
closest to the car park.
Please do not
enter the building. Students should
line up along the side of the building
where the stars are on the photo
opposite. The teacher will come and
collect the class from outside when it
is time for their lesson to start.
Geography block
The Geography Block is located behind the Cedar Park building(please see above).
This picture is of the entrance to the Geography Block.
The photo opposite is the hall inside the Geography block.
Activity Deck
To find the Activity Deck, head to
Cedar Park and follow the
footpath on the left (as you look at
Cedar Park).
As you walk along this footpath, use the first
door you will come to on your left (pictured
below).
Once through the automatic doors pictured
on the left, turn left immediately and you will
find the staircase above. Take the stairs to
the next floor.
Once at the top of the stairs, walk
to the end of the short corridor
and you will find the Activity Deck
straight ahead.
